Atur Event
Atur Event is a collaborative event-planning app in development. Run group votes, collect menus and headcounts, confirm the schedule, and broadcast results — all in one flow.
What it is
Atur Event is the first product in the AturMin family. It is a small, focused web app that takes a group event from “we should meet up” to “everyone has the confirmed details” without a single chaotic group chat.
Status: in active development. Sign up for early access.
What it does
- Create an event with an owner (admin), participants, and an optional description.
- Run votes on time slots, locations, or any other group decision. Each vote has a clear lifecycle: draft → open → closed. Admin can edit options to fix typos.
- Build forms to collect menu choices, headcounts, dietary needs, attendance, or file uploads (PDF). Supports text, number, select, boolean, and file fields. Admin can override participant responses when needed.
- Confirm the schedule — either pulled from the winning vote, or set manually by the admin. Voting is optional.
- Broadcast updates to all participants. Schedule confirmations, voting results, form summaries, or custom messages. Every broadcast becomes part of the event history.
- Promote co-admins — share admin duties with another participant. No more single point of failure.
Use case: Ramadhan buka puasa for 20 coworkers
A typical Atur Event flow:
- Admin creates the event “Buka Puasa — Tim Marketing 2026”.
- Vote opens for three Friday options. Twenty people vote in two minutes from their phones.
- Form collects menu preference (Padang / Western / Sunda), kids attending, baby chair needed.
- Admin closes the vote, picks the winning slot, sends a broadcast: “Locked in. Friday 7pm at Restoran X. Menu summary attached.”
- Event history shows the full timeline. No screenshots required.
Use case: family arisan rotation
Forty-person family rotates host every month. Atur Event tracks who’s hosted, where the next session lands, who’s bringing what.
Use case: school committee meeting
Twelve teachers, three time slot proposals, one master schedule. Form collects topic submissions in advance; broadcast sends the final agenda.
Why this and not WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is great at chat. It’s bad at decisions, lists, and shared state. Atur Event handles the structured parts so the chat can stay social.
Tech and trust
- Google SSO — no password setup.
- Bilingual interface (Indonesian and English).
- Web-first, mobile-responsive, fast on slow networks.
- Open source core. The codebase lives on GitHub.
