Atur Budget
Atur Budget is a shared-budget and expense-splitting app in development. Track who paid for what across trips, households, and group projects — without spreadsheets or awkward IOU DMs.
What it is
Atur Budget is the second AturMin product. A small, focused tool for any group that pools money — trips, households, dinners, side projects.
Status: in active development, behind Atur Event in the launch queue.
What it will do
- Shared budgets — create a budget per trip, per month, per project. Anyone in the group can add an expense.
- Smart splits — equal, percentage, by share, or custom. Mark expenses as personal, group, or specific subgroups.
- Real-time balances — at any moment, see who owes who and by how much, settled in the fewest possible transfers.
- Multi-currency — handle trips abroad without spreadsheet hacks.
- Receipt attachments — snap a photo, attach to the expense, never lose the proof.
- Settlement nudges — gentle reminders that work without being annoying. Mark settled when paid.
- Export — CSV / PDF reports for the responsible adults among us.
Use cases
- Six friends on a Bali trip. One pays for villa, another for car, a third for groceries. End of trip: settle in two transfers instead of twenty.
- Household of four splitting groceries, utilities, and shared subscriptions monthly.
- Side hustle with three co-founders tracking expenses against a shared float.
Why not Splitwise?
Splitwise works. Atur Budget is for groups already inside the AturMin ecosystem — one login, one design language, native integration with Atur Event (e.g., event budgets attached to the event itself).
